I fix the stuff that's draining your business.
Small businesses and non-profits have dozens of things quietly bleeding time, money, and energy. I find those problems and fix them. Sometimes that's automation. Sometimes it's a simple web app. Sometimes it's killing a tool you don't need. Sometimes it's none of those things.
15 years of operations experience taught me what to look for. I'm not a consultant who writes reports — I build the actual fix.

How I Work
After 15 years of doing this, I've found the process is usually the same. No matter what the problem is.
We talk. You tell me what's annoying you, what's wasting time, what's costing money.
I dig in. I figure out what's actually broken — not just the symptom, the root cause.
I build the fix. Whatever that turns out to be. A script, a web app, a better process, or just deleting something you never needed.
You get working tools. Documentation included. No ongoing dependency, no retainer, no lock-in.
Rough Pricing
Every project is different, but most fall into these ranges:
One specific problem, solved in 1–2 weeks.
Custom web app or multi-workflow automation, 3–5 weeks.
Multiple systems, 6–8 weeks.
If your project is something unusual I haven't seen before, I'm open to discussing it. I like interesting problems and I'm flexible when there's something new to figure out.
Not sure where you fit? That's what the call is for.
Why No Case Studies?
Look around the internet. Every consultant has case studies. They all claim 300% ROI and "transformative results." Most are fabricated or exaggerated. You don't trust them, and I don't blame you.
Instead, here's what I offer: 15 minutes on a video call. You tell me what's broken in your business. I'll tell you whether I can fix it, how I'd approach it, and roughly what it'll cost. You'll know within 5 minutes whether I actually know what I'm talking about.
No slide deck. No sales script. No fake case studies. Just a straight conversation about your actual problems.
Book the callAbout Me
I'm Tyler. I've spent 15 years in operations — managing budgets, fixing broken processes, and building tools when off-the-shelf software didn't cut it. I'm not a career consultant. I'm not a tech bro. I'm a problem solver who got tired of watching small businesses waste time and money on things that could be fixed.
I work with small businesses and non-profits because those are the people who feel the pain most. When you've got a 10-person team, every wasted hour matters. When your budget is tight, every dollar counts. I like being the person who can actually help.
If you want to talk, here's my calendar.

- If it makes sense, we talk rough timeline and pricing
- If it doesn't, no hard feelings
